Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 24, 2026

Welcome to AlamosRefinishing.com (the “Website”), operated by Alamos Cabinet Refinishing, also referred to as “Alamos Refinishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website, including any forms, information, estimates, communications, and services offered through it. By accessing the Website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us through the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please do not use the Website if you do not agree with these terms.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides information about our cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting, cabinet refacing, restoration, and related home-improvement services.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Information displayed on the Website does not constitute a binding offer, construction contract, warranty, or guarantee of availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our quote-request and appointment features.

When submitting information on behalf of a property owner, company, or another person, you represent that you have authorization to do so.

3. Estimate and Consultation Requests

You may request a consultation or estimate through the Website, by telephone, by email, or through another approved communication channel.

Submitting an estimate request:

  • Does not create a contractor-client relationship;
  • Does not guarantee that we will accept or perform the project;
  • Does not reserve an appointment or project date unless confirmed by us;
  • Does not establish the final price, scope, materials, or completion schedule; and
  • Does not require you to purchase our services.

Website prices, savings estimates, project timelines, and service descriptions are general examples. Actual project pricing and timing may vary based on cabinet quantity, measurements, surface condition, repairs, preparation requirements, materials, finish selection, accessibility, location, labor requirements, and other project-specific factors.

4. Service Agreements

Any cabinet refinishing, painting, refacing, restoration, or related work performed by us will be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, or service agreement.

The applicable service agreement may include:

  • The approved scope of work;
  • Materials and finish selections;
  • Estimated start and completion dates;
  • Payment terms;
  • Deposit requirements;
  • Change-order procedures;
  • Customer preparation responsibilities;
  • Warranty terms;
  • Cancellation terms; and
  • Project-specific limitations.

When these Website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control with respect to the project.

5. Changes to a Project

Changes requested after an estimate or service agreement has been approved may affect the price, materials, labor requirements, and completion schedule.

Additional work will not be considered part of the original scope unless it is documented and approved by the parties. Verbal discussions do not automatically modify a written service agreement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate project information;
  • Confirming that they own the property or are authorized to approve the work;
  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the project area;
  • Removing personal belongings when requested;
  • Disclosing known damage, moisture problems, previous coatings, hazardous materials, or structural issues;
  • Keeping children and pets away from active work areas; and
  • Following preparation, care, curing, and maintenance instructions provided by us.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or damage caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed conditions, inaccessible work areas, third-party interference, or failure to follow our instructions.

7. Existing Conditions and Color Variations

Refinishing results may be affected by the age, material, construction, condition, grain, previous coatings, contamination, moisture exposure, repairs, and normal movement of existing cabinets.

Colors and finishes displayed on screens, photographs, samples, or printed materials may appear different because of lighting, screen settings, surrounding colors, wood characteristics, and application conditions.

Minor variations in color, texture, sheen, grain visibility, and appearance may occur and are not necessarily defects.

8. Project Photographs

We may request permission to photograph completed work for documentation, quality control, portfolio, advertising, website, or social-media purposes.

We will not intentionally publish personally identifying information, private documents, house numbers, security information, or recognizable images of customers without appropriate permission.

Customers may notify us in writing before the project begins if they do not want photographs of their project used for promotional purposes.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
  • Submit false contact information or impersonate another person;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, server, forms, or connected systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scraping tools, or disruptive software;
  • Interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
  • Copy or republish Website content without authorization; or
  • Use our name, branding, photographs, or content in a misleading manner.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

You authorize us to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, perform authorized services, and maintain business records.

12. Reviews and Testimonials

Testimonials, photographs, project examples, and customer reviews reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that every customer or project will receive identical results, savings, pricing, or completion times.

Project results depend on the property, cabinet condition, selected materials, approved scope, and other circumstances.

You may request that we stop promotional communications at any time. We may continue sending non-promotional communications related to existing estimates, appointments, projects, payments, legal notices, or customer-service matters.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties regarding the Website’s accuracy, availability, security, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This disclaimer applies to the Website only. Any express workmanship or product warranty for an actual project will be stated in the applicable written service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

For claims arising solely from use of the Website, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Website, which is normally zero.

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or liability governed by a separate signed service agreement.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Alamos Refinishing and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website;
  • Information or materials you submit;

21. Governing Law and Venue
